Player Casts

The  Canadian Soccer Association (CSA) only allows players to wear 'soft' (i.e. cloth, padded) casts during play.  Specifically, hard casts (i.e. casts made of plaster or fiberglass) are not allowed.  Further, hard casts that are 'bubble wrapped' (to try to make them softer) are still not allowed.  Referees are required to adhere to these standards.  Please see the link below for more information:
